note: Charlie Bennett just missed the Jr Ex podium due to a crash at the end. Charlie was riding a single speed bike on this course! Just wait till the boy gets gears.
The final official mtb race of the year. The Ga series finals at Dauset Nature Center, Jackson, Georgia. Lined up in the junior exert field is Tristian Cowie, Charlie Bennett and Ethan Quehl. The group started the 1st of the 5 lap 3-hour race slow and were caught by the Vet group by lap 2. Another junior tried to stay with the passing vets and got a gap for a few laps. Tristian held back and eased tha gap down before attacking the blown and would-be winner to solo in for a win.
